Students enrolled in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program may be eligible for induction into the Stony Brook University chapter of the Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society. Students are reviewed for eligibility during the semester prior to their anticipated term of graduation. Inductees may represent up to 20% of the graduating student body and must be in the upper 25% academically with a minimum GPA of 3.5. In addition to their exceptional academic records, inductees should have a clear record of contributions made to the Program, the community and/or the profession, and must demonstrate personal characteristics such as professionalism, leadership and integrity. Alumni and honorary members may also be considered for induction each year. An induction ceremony is held each Spring.
