Graduates of the MPH Program or the Advanced Certificate in Health Education and Promotion may consider pursuing the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential. The CHES exam is competency-based and designed for health specialists in the beginning stages of their careers who select participants, deliver training, and use data collection instruments for program evaluation. Individuals with the CHES credential may advance toward mastery with the MCHES credential.
