Program in Public Health Convocation
The Program in Public Health holds an annual convocation ceremony to celebrate the well-deserved accomplishments of our graduates. Each spring, we proudly celebrate their accomplishments, efforts, and dedication.
The 2024 Public Health Convocation will be held:
WHEN: Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 1:30pm
WHERE: Student Activities Center (SAC) Auditorium

Following convocation, please join us for light refreshments at the Student Activities Center (SAC) in Ballroom A.

Important Information for Students:
- In order to participate in both commencement and convocation, you are required to complete a graduation application in SOLAR. The last day for Spring & Summer 2024 candidates to apply for graduation via SOLAR is May 3, 2024. For more information, please click here.
- The last day for Spring/Summer 2024 degree candidates to apply for graduation and be included in the commencement publication is Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
- Note: Applications submitted after 4/10/24 will not appear in the digital commencement publication.
- To purchase regalia, please click here.
- Island Photography will be present during the PPH convocation. They will be taking group photos of our graduating students and candid photographs of our ceremony. In addition, they will photograph each graduate twice as they are greeted on stage and as they return to their seat.
- Graduates will be asked to pre-register closer to the convocation so that you can receive an email with your digital proofs and 2 wallet size color images via mail with an order form. You have no obligation to purchase any of their services, but it will be available to each graduate.
