Professor Bayley has extensive experience developing and leading public health efforts to improve health outcomes for marginalized communities. She held senior-level positions in the public and non-profit sectors for over 25 years, specializing in women's health, sexual and reproductive health, and health equity. Most recently, Professor Bayley was the Associate Vice President and Interim Vice President of Education and Training at Planned Parenthood of New York City. In this capacity, she oversaw a robust portfolio of sexual and reproductive health education and training programs, participatory research, and community engagement to advance reproductive justice. Building on her expertise and interest in working with emerging leaders in the field, Professor Bayley joined the faculty of Hofstra University in 2018 to teach and advise students in the Community Health, Health Sciences, and Master of Public Health programs. Ms. Bayley also served on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of Long Island (GILI) for close to four years, including two years as Board President. Currently, she serves as the Co-Chair of GILI's Advisory Board.
