Healthy Libraries Program Schedule

Programming will be held on Tuesdays from 10 am – 4 pm

Healthy Hour will be scheduled from 12 pm - 1 pm every week

Healthy hour is an open forum where patrons can come ask health questions.
Meet with representatives from Stony Brook Medicine’s Healthy Libraries Program to ask any health questions and get evidence-based health information
Some examples of questions we can answer are: How can I manage my blood pressure? What diet should I follow if I have diabetes? What is the evidence for wearing masks and social distancing?

Webinars will be scheduled every other week from 2-3 pm

Dietetic Interns will be available on Wednesdays to offer programming from 1-2 pm
